The app
Hyperpoint has no network code. It does not collect, send or sell anything. It reads the keyboards and mice connected to your Mac and one settings file, and it writes only to your devices and that file.
Your settings live in ~/.config/hyperpoint/config.json. The record of what Hyperpoint did, like a device connecting or settings being applied again, goes to the macOS log on your Mac and nowhere else.
macOS asks you to grant Accessibility and Input Monitoring. Hyperpoint uses them to change keys, scrolls and mouse buttons as they happen. It does not record what you type.
